Science talk : Timaru's Clay - insight's into past climates

Science talk - Timaru's clayPeter Almond is a soil scientist based at Lincoln University. He will give an illustrated presentation on how the large loess clay deposits in our region are a record of climate changes over time, a fact first discovered by Timaru reporter and amateur geologist John Hardcastle.
