Anticipations of the Heavenly Jerusalem in Medieval and Renaissance Cities: An Architectural Study
Professor Murray Rae, University of Otago, will present an illustrated talk exploring how visions of the heavenly Jerusalem inspired architectural in Medieval and Renaissance cities in Europe, and how aspects of this are still evident in European cities today. Murray is a trained architect and professor of theology.
