Dr Michael Price, Victoria University, will present an illustrated talk about the evolving technology behind solar panels and the need to increase generation from solar power to meet climate targets.

He will talk about where today’s cutting edge physics, chemistry and materials science will lead us in the next few years. Dr Price grew up in Timaru and is a lecturer and Rutherford Discovery Fellow at Victoria University in Wellington.
