Biographical Notes

Carl Rudolph Goy was the only son of Theodore (Theo) Rudolph and Matilda (née Collins) Goy, and had four sisters. He was educated at Temuka School. Carl married Mabel Elfreda Hart on 14 April 1914 at Dunedin. Late in 1917 he was drawn in the Second Ballot for Second Division Class A drafts.
