Biographical Notes
Daniel Knox was the son of John and Eliza (née Kerr) Knox. Daniel was educated at Green Island School, leaving in 1905 to go out to work. Trooper D. Knox, Timaru was one of the recruits for the Tenth Reinforcements who left South Canterbury in mid November 1915 for Trentham Camp.
