Biographical Notes

Richard Conebee Skipper was the son of Richard Conebee and Kate (née Hunn) Skipper. He was educated at several schools in the Wellington area - Kilbirnie, Wadestown, Thorndon, Mt Cook. His brother William George Skipper also served in World War I.
