Biographical Notes
Malcolm Graham Duffin was the son of Edward and Margaret Jane Duffin. The family was at Ardihannon, Antrim, Ireland in 1901, and at Dundooan, Londonderry in 1911, when Malcolm was a scholar. They must have come to New Zealand soon after the 1911 census. He returned to New Zealand on the Maunganui in June 1919. He enlisted and embarked with his brother Edward in 1914.
