Biographical Notes
Elizabeth Nixon was the second daughter of Irish born John Nixon and his Scottish wife, Agnes née Currie. On 3 February 1917, while matron at Codford, she married Mr Plowman, chief officer of the "Tahiti" at Warminster, England.
