Biographical Notes
Albert Ernest Wallace was born in Ballarat, Victori, Australia. He married Evelina Mona McIntosh in 1919 in New Zealand. at the tome of his death in 1965 he was a resident of the Beverley War Veterans Home in Timaru. Evelina is buried in the Timaru Cemetery where a memorial marks the death of two brothers in the war - James Kingsley McIntosh and Stanley Herbert McIntosh.
