Biographical Notes
son of James & Margaret McLean Stewart. Possible that father James Sinclair was Mayor of Waimate from 1889 to 1900. At some stage the family have moved to Dunedin. Another brother served Harry Wilkie Sinclair but survied and died in 1969. Medals sent to sister, Ada Jessie Alexandrina Sinclair also living in Dunedin
