Biographical Notes

Henry Norman Webster was the eldest son of Henry Bunting and Clara Wordsworth (née Sargood) Webster. He was educated at Waimataitai School, Timaru, and Wanganui Collegiate School. He was a warehouseman for Sargood Son & Ewen. Henry jnr married Linda Ethel Koch in 1923. His brother, Geoffrey Sargood Webster also served in World War I, and both Henry and Geoffrey served in World War II.
