Biographical Notes
Reginald Frederick Hill was the son of Henry Philip and Nora Alice (née Scott) Hill. He married Gwendoline Nesta Hinds Howell in 1912 at St Mary's, Timaru. Late in 1917 he was drawn in the Second Ballot for Second Division Class A drafts.
