Biographical Notes

Edmund Thomas Shaw, known as Jack was the elder son of Thomas and Clara Jane (née Dutton) Shaw. He married Mena sorensen on 23 december 1909 at Cave, South Canterbury. Their daughter, Dorris evelyn Shaw, was born on 12 August 1910. Edmund's brother, Walter John Shaw, served in World War I.
