Biographical Notes

Christopher Stephen Fitzmaurice was the son of Michael and Margaret (née O'Sullivan) Fitzmaurice. He was appealed for by his mother who asked for an extension of time, as he was the only son at home able to work on the farm (February 1918). In June she said that there were two sons serving. The appeal was dismissed. He is thought to be Christopher Stephen Fitzmaurice, a son of Michael and Margaret (née O'Sullivan) Fitzmaurice.
