Biographical Notes

Arthur Basil FOSTER was the younger son of Arthur Pearce and Katherine Jane (née YOUNG) FOSTER, and a grandson of the Rev George Foster, the first incumbent of St Mary's, Timaru. He was a brother of Roland Suddard FOSTER.
