Biographical Notes

Francis Edward TOZER was the second son of William John TOZER and his wife Theresa Ellen (Ellen) née SCHRADER. His brother Walter Otto TOZER served overseas and his brother Leslie Henry TOZER also enlisted but did not serve overseas.
