Jasper William WILKES was the son of William Riley and Elizabeth Florence (nee COKER) WILKES. His brother, Oliver George WILKES, was killed in action in 1917 at Messines. And his cousin, Frederick William COKER, was killed in action in 1915 at the Dardanelles.
