Francis John O'ROURKE was the son of John and Elizabeth ann (Annie, nee CULLEN) O'ROURKE. His brother Thomas Duncan O'ROURKE also served in WWI. Francis married Olive Annie MENLCCK. Their son, Raymond Francis O'ROURKE, died of wounds in Italy in WWII, aged just 21 years.
