Biographical Notes

Dugald George MATHESON was the son of John and Agnes (nee SEAY) MATHESON, of Simons Pass Station in the Mackenzie Country. Their town house was Tignafeile House in Wai-iti Road, Timaru. His wife, Mary, died in 1930 in the collapse of one of those mines.
