When leaving for war service, Isabella advised that her Will was lodged with the Bank of N. S. Wales in London, and that her brother Alexander SCOTT, was the executor. She returned to New Zealand by the "Athenic", embarking at Liverpool on 3 February 1919. On her return to New Zealand, Isabella was matron of the Returned Soldiers Hospital at Timaru for a year or so.
