Biographical Notes

Son of Ragan & Emily (nee BETTERIDGE) WILLIAMS, of Temuka. His brother Herbert Stephens WILLIAMS returned home from the war, ill, & died soon after, being accorded a military funeral to the Temuka Cemetery. Educated at Temuka School.
