Biographical Notes
John Hardy was the son of Mr and Mrs G Hardy,of Fitzroy Avenue,Hastings New Zealand. Mr. J. Hardy and Mr T. McSweeney, on leaving the Bank of New South Wales, were presented with a safety razor and a case of pipes respectively. Mr Hardy is going to Trentham and Mr. McSweeney to the bank in Palmerston North. Timaru Herald Dec 13 1915 (Paperspast)
