Biographical Notes

John Robert Eaton was born to Annie Lonie before her marriage to Thomas Eaton. Growing up as the son of Annie and Thomas, he was educated at Woodbury School. He had served seven years with the Volunteers when he attested. John married Mabel Winifred Coffin on 17 June 1919 at Raurimu.
