Biographical Notes

Arthur Henry Willetts was the second son of Charles Obed and Christina Clark (née Cottrell) Willetts. He was educated at Papakaio and Oamaru schools. Arthur married Una Gwendoline Benson in 1921 at Wellington. His brothers, Albert John Willetts and Edwin Percy Willetts, both served in World War I.
