Biographical Notes

Frederick James Davie was the older son of William and Mary Ellen (née Kennedy). Frederick was educated at Balclutha School, Roughridge School at Oturehua, and Waimataitai School, Timaru. He married Gwendolyn Olive Baird in 1924.
