Biographical Notes

William Miller Frisby was born to Emma Frisby and brought up by his grandparents, Arthur and Sarah Ann (Ann, née Corbett) Frisby. He was educated at Milford School near Temuka. W. M. Frisby left Timaru with the South Canterbury quota of the 16th Reinforcements on 3 May 1916.
