Biographical Notes

William George Skipper was the son of Richard Conebee and Kate (née Hunn) Skipper. He was educated at several schools in the Wellington area - Berhampore, Mt cook, Wadestown Thorndon. His brother Richard Conebee Skipper also served in World War I.
