Biographical Notes

Percy Frederick Latter was born in 1893 in London, England. he was resident in Timaru wehen he enlisted with the New Zealand Forces. On 28 November 1923 at St Peter's Church, Temuka, he married Lily Mary Hobbs. Lily predeceased Percy by over 35 years.
