Biographical Notes

Son of Emma and the late Edward Hill. Husband of Lillian Ada Gertrude Hill nee Leopold (married 1915) of 124 Stafford St, Timaru. He was born at Christchurch and prior to enlistment was self employed as a confectioner. Lillian later married James Clarence Ford in 1924.
