Biographical Notes

Mackenzie GIBSON married Alice Mary Coutts Gibson on 7 August 1884 at St Paul's, Dunedin. Children born to Mackenzie and Alice were Noel Mackenzie Phillips Gibson on 24 December 1885 at Dunedin, Mary Mowat Gibson on 6 June 1888, and Mackenzie Gibson on 13 May 1889 at Akaroa. He was a clergyman in NZ. He died in England. He was the father of McKenzie GIBSON who was killed in action in 1917. This remark was inserted into medical record - "Above named appointed to VI Reinforcements as Chaplain."
