Free from hernia, varicocele, varicose veins, haemorrhoids, inveterate or contagious skin disease. Vaccinated. Good bodily & mental health. Slight defects but not sufficient to cause rejection. Mole in centre of back. Cervical scoriosis with projection of left a.... thorax. Remarks - I have known John Walker for six years & can testify to his good health & strenuous work. His scoriosis in no way interferes with his .... ....... & is not tuberculosis.
