Biographical Notes

In 1910 Henry cycled in a race from Timaru to Christchurch. In 1914, prior to enlisting, he was a member of the McKenzie Country Collie Club.

After the war, Henry married Wilhelmina McKay, a widow, in 1930. Henry and Wilhelmina are mentioned in Peter Newman's book "10,000 horses". Henry died on 2 February 1965.
